Special Order Deliveries
Estimated delivery times for special orders are determined by the manufacturer. While we strive to provide accurate estimates, actual arrival times may vary and are beyond our control. Your order may arrive earlier or later than expected.
Local Delivery
For customers within our local delivery zones, we offer in-home delivery via our company trucks for a nominal fee. If your item is in stock, you will receive a call to schedule delivery within 1 to 10 days of purchase.
Long-Distance Delivery
For deliveries outside our local area, we use a trusted long-distance delivery service. Most long-distance orders arrive within 30 days. Once your furniture reaches your region, we will contact you to arrange delivery.

Accessories and smaller furniture items are shipped via UPS Ground.
Furniture Deliveries
Delivery fees are based on your location, not the weight of the merchandise. A one-time delivery charge applies per delivery address.

Redelivery & Entry Requirements
Before placing your order, please ensure your merchandise can fit through doorways, hallways, and elevators. We are not responsible for damages resulting from tight entryways that cannot accommodate the furniture.
Delivery Times
Our standard local delivery hours are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Delays may occasionally occur due to traffic or other unforeseen circumstances. Houseworks is not liable for delays beyond our control.

Your Houseworks sales associate will schedule a one-hour delivery window between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. Our team will call 30 minutes prior (or sooner upon request). Our delivery service consists of:
Full assembly, placement, and testing of all items
Debris and packaging removal
Leveling and testing of moving parts
Installation and testing of electrical components
Photo documentation of any delivery concerns.

Clear a path to the setup area and remove fragile items.
Prepare the space by ensuring it’s ready for your new furniture.
Confirm your delivery details to receive notifications.
Settle any remaining balance before or at delivery.
If your home is under construction, schedule delivery when the area is accessible and the driveway is clear.

Please inform your salesperson in advance to allow sufficient time. Payment is due when scheduling, and a Delivery Waiver Form must be signed at delivery. Items can be moved within your home, to the garage, or to the curb for pickup.
