OPERATIONS MANAGER

Brian has been part of the Houseworks family for 29 years, keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. Before joining the team, he managed stores for The Gap, Eddie Bauer, and J.Crew, building years of retail and leadership experience.

What Brian loves most about Houseworks? The amazing products and, of course, our customers. He finds it incredibly rewarding to help people create the home they’ve always dreamed of.

DESIGN STYLE: Industrial Modern and Midcentury Modern — though Brian appreciates most styles, especially a well-done eclectic mix.
FAVORITE PAINT COLOR: Decorator White by Sherwin Williams — almost always perfect.
A DESIGN TREND BRIAN LOVES: Modern pieces paired with natural wood elements. Adding warm, earthy pops of color to a neutral scheme is one of his favorite approaches.
A COMMON DESIGN MISTAKE: Not getting the scale right. Whether creating an eclectic space or any style of room, success starts with properly scaled furniture.

As a 4.5-year member of HOUSEWORKS, Bren loves developing relationships with clients and helping them create beautiful rooms. With a background as an antique dealer, Bren has a passion for blending vintage pieces with classic modern design. When she’s not at HOUSEWORKS, Bren enjoys gardening, hiking, and singing in her church choir.

A DESIGN TREND YOU LOVE: Eclectic - Blending older found objects collected over time with modern pieces to create a fresh environment for the way we live today. 
A COMMON DESIGN MISTAKE: Being afraid to choose large artwork pieces. Larger pieces appear very intentional commanding attention and always make a better impact!

Flo has been at HOUSEWORKS for over 20 years. Her journey began as an aspiring furniture designer, hoping to showcase her work at HOUSEWORKS. Though her designs were deemed too contemporary at the time, she later applied for a job—and the rest is history!

Dillon has been rolling with HOUSEWORKS since 2008 and is equal parts muscle and meticulous. With over a decade of delivery wizardry under his belt, Dillon is known for treating every piece like it’s headed to a museum— he’s the guy you want navigating your new sectional through a spiral staircase.

Alex joined the HOUSEWORKS crew in 2022 and has been leveling up ever since. With the precision of a surgeon and the instincts of a Tetris grandmaster. Friendly, focused, and always five steps ahead, Alex makes every delivery look easy.
