The answer: Sort of. There is a small fee; however, 100% of that fee will go toward your purchased furnishings from HOUSEWORKS— essentially making the fee zero in the end. This allows our services to be used on clients with a genuine interest in our skillset and furnishings, and it helps you, our client, to avoid costly mistakes while creating a space that perfectly suits your style and needs.

What are the steps?
We charge a small design consultant fee upfront, but 100% of this fee is applied toward the purchase of your furnishings. Our Design Consultants will begin by taking measurements to create a personalized floor plan tailored to your space, preferences, and budget. Afterward, they will schedule a follow-up appointment in-store, where they’ll present the floor plan and provide recommendations for new furnishings, accessories, and accent pieces to complete your design. This process ensures you receive expert guidance while staying within your desired budget.
