Counter Height 26" seat
Overall dimensions are 39¾" high × 23⅝" wide × 22¾" deep. Seat width is 15⅞", seat depth is 18⅛", and seat height is 26½".

Bar Height 30" seat
Counter height dimensions are 39¾" H × 23⅝" W × 23" D, with armrest height at 37¼" and a seat height of 26¼".

The bar-height version raises the seat to 30" from the floor to suit pub-height tables and taller kitchen islands.
