Dimensions

73"W × 19.5"D × 30"H

The Lily is a substantial piece at 73" wide — nearly identical in width to the Ema double dresser (73.25"W), making it a natural visual match when used in a bedroom-adjacent space. At 30"H it sits at standard sideboard/credenza/buffet height, comparable to the BDI Mesa and Ripple (both 34"H) but slightly lower — giving it a more relaxed, contemporary silhouette. At 19.5"D it maintains a practical shallow profile suited to placement along a wall without projecting far into traffic flow.

Compared to the BDI Ripple credenza (79.5"W × 18"D × 34"H), the Lily is narrower and lower — a less imposing, more domestically-scaled piece that fits naturally in both dining rooms and living rooms without overwhelming the space.

Six Defining Features

1. Wood Textured Doors (4 doors)
The Lily’s four doors feature a wood textured surface — not smooth panel doors, but doors with a tactile, three-dimensional wood grain texture that reads as warm and organic even when finished in darker tones. This textured surface is the Lily’s visual signature, distinguishing it from the carved door designs of the BDI Mesa and Ripple — where those use sinuous carved relief patterns, the Lily uses natural wood texture as its surface language, anchoring it in a warmer, more material-honest design tradition.

The four-door layout creates four equal door panels across the 73" width — approximately 18" per door. The hero product photography shows all four doors closed, displaying the wood texture as a continuous surface interrupted only by the three handle positions.

2. Power Dot Wireless Mobile Phone Charger — Included in Top
The Lily’s most distinctive and premium tech feature: a “Power dot” wireless mobile phone charger is included in the top surface of every Lily unit. This is a Qi-compatible wireless charging pad integrated flush into the wood top, allowing compatible smartphones to be placed directly on the top surface to charge without cables. The Power Dot is not an optional add-on — it is included standard with every Lily.

This feature is unique among all buffet/credenza/sideboard pieces reviewed in this entire series. Neither the BDI Mesa, BDI Ripple, nor any Amisco table includes wireless charging. It elevates the Lily from a furniture piece into a functioning, technology-integrated home hub — a charging station that also stores, displays, and organizes.

3. Motion Sensor LED Lighting Inside
The Lily includes motion sensor LED lighting inside the cabinet — the interior illuminates automatically when the doors are opened, triggered by the motion of opening rather than requiring a separate switch. This is the same LED integration philosophy seen on the Ema dresser’s top drawers, now applied to the interior of a closed cabinet. Motion-sensing (vs. door-switch activation) means the light triggers on any approach rather than only when a specific switch is engaged — more intuitive and reliable in daily use.

4. Wood Top + Solid Wood Legs
Both the top surface and the legs are specified with natural wood materials — a wood top (finished in one of the five available finishes, with the Power Dot charger integrated flush) and solid wood legs. Solid wood legs are a meaningful construction detail: most furniture at this price category uses legs made of MDF, particleboard, or engineered wood. Solid wood legs provide superior structural rigidity, resistance to damage at the base (where furniture is most vulnerable to kicks and impacts), and a material authenticity visible upon close inspection.

5. Cable Management System Included
The Lily includes a cable management system — consistent with its media unit positioning. Cable management allows AV component cables, power cords, and other wiring to be routed through the piece in organized paths, hidden from view when the doors are closed. This is a standard feature on purpose-built media furniture (BDI’s Plume 8077 also includes it) but less common on buffets, confirming the Lily’s genuine dual-use engineering.

6. Soft-Close Doors + Adjustable Levelers
The four doors are mounted on soft-close mechanisms — decelerating and closing themselves fully for the last inch of travel, preventing slamming. Adjustable levelers under each leg allow the unit to be perfectly leveled on uneven floors. Both are the same quality hardware details found on the Ema dresser.
